What food trucks ask us first.
We do not have a loading dock or a walk-in.
Pickup from the dock, or delivery to a residential or commissary address inside the fleet zone. Cases are sized to fit a truck freezer.
Our volume is unpredictable.
No standing order required. Order as you go, up to 3pm for next-day. Four-case minimum, which is one busy weekend.
Can we get frozen so nothing is wasted?
