Night baker · Spartanburg, SC

9pm–5:30am, four nights on. Mixing, shaping, deck ovens. Experience helps, but we have trained people from scratch who are now leads. $19–24/hr depending on experience, plus a night differential.

Delivery driver · Upstate route

4:30am start, box truck, no CDL required. Home by early afternoon. $21–25/hr. Clean license and the ability to be reliably early, which is most of the job.

Production lead · Night shift

Running a line, releasing batches, owning quality checks. This is a food-safety role with a title that undersells it. $58–68k.
