Terms of sale

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it, not when you submit it. Changes and cancellations are free until 3pm the day before the delivery date; after that we may have produced the goods and will invoice for what was made.

Pricing

Consumer prices are as published. Wholesale prices are resolved per account from your contract, volume tier, or assigned price list, and the price shown at the time you order is the price you pay. Where a signed contract exists, it takes precedence over any price published on this site.

Payment

Prepaid by card or ACH unless credit terms have been approved in writing. Approved terms are Net 15 or Net 30 from invoice date. Overdue balances may pause new orders; we will tell you before that happens.

Delivery, risk, and title

Risk passes on delivery to the address or on collection from our dock. Title passes on payment in full. Delivery windows are targets, not guarantees, though we publish our on-time rate and stand behind it.

Shortages and defects

Report on the day of delivery. Verified shortages and defects are credited or re-delivered at our option. Because the goods are perishable we do not accept returns of correctly supplied product.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the invoiced value of that order. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including our food-safety obligations.
