Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account data: name, business name, work email, phone, delivery addresses, and tax registration where required for resale exemption.
• Order data: what you bought, when, at what price, and where it went.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers and we cannot see them.
• Usage data: pages viewed and actions taken, only if you accept analytics.

Why

To price your account, produce and deliver your order, invoice you, and meet food-safety traceability obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone except the processors needed to run the business — payment, email, SMS, hosting, and freight carriers.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records for seven years, because they are financial records with a statutory retention period. Everything else is deleted or anonymised on request.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at contact@doostco.com. On a deletion request we anonymise your personal details and retain the underlying order records — we are not permitted to destroy those, and we will tell you exactly what was kept.

Cookies

A session cookie to keep you signed in, and analytics only if you opt in. Declining analytics does not degrade the site.
