Questions buyers actually ask.
Not the ones that make us look good — the ones that come up on the third call.
Ordering
What is the minimum order?
$150 delivered or four cases, whichever you reach first. Dock pickup has no minimum.
How far ahead do I need to order?
One to four days depending on the product — every SKU lists its own lead time. Order cutoff is 3pm for next-day delivery inside the fleet zone.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Free until 3pm the day before delivery — call or email. After that we have usually mixed it, so we will bill for product already produced.
Do you require a contract?
No. Standing orders are a default you can change or pause any time. Contracts exist only because some buyers want a locked price, and those are optional.
Pricing
Why can I not see wholesale prices without an account?
Because there is no single wholesale price. What you pay depends on volume, contract, and standing-order commitment. Once your account is open, every page shows your price rather than a range.
How do volume discounts work?
Automatically. Case thresholds are published on each product, and crossing one mid-order drops the price in the cart — you do not have to ask for it.
What payment terms are available?
Prepaid by card or ACH to start. Net 15 or Net 30 on approval, typically after three months of history.
Delivery & shipping
Where do you deliver on your own trucks?
Around Spartanburg and the Upstate. Tell us where you are and we will say honestly whether we can get there.
Can you deliver outside the local area?
Ask us. How far a bread travels well depends on the bread, so we would rather answer for the one you actually want than promise the whole catalog.
What if a delivery is short or damaged?
Tell us the day it lands. Inside the fleet zone and if it is our error, we re-run it that morning where we can. Otherwise it is credited on the same invoice.
Product & manufacturing
Can I get samples before committing?
Yes, and we would rather you did. Sample cases go out free to qualified businesses — tell us what you serve.
What allergens are in the facility?
Wheat, milk, egg, and sesame. No peanut or tree nut on site. Every SKU carries a current allergen statement.
Can you make something that is not in the catalog?
Usually. That is the private label program — talk to us about the product and the volume and we will tell you what is workable.
