Where this stands

Franchising a manufacturing business is not the same as franchising a storefront. A franchisee would be running a production facility to our formulations, our food safety program, and our traceability standard. Getting that wrong damages every other account we have.

So the sequence is: prove the operating model across our own second facility first, document it properly, then sell territories. We expect that to be a 2027 conversation, not a 2026 one.

What we are doing in the meantime

• Private and white label manufacturing for regional brands — available now
• Co-packing conversations with operators who already have a facility

If your actual goal is to sell our bread rather than to build a bakery, open a wholesale account — that route exists today and asks nothing of you but an order.
