How it works

- We send what is relevant, not the whole catalog — usually two to four SKUs
- Free to qualified foodservice businesses; we do not ship samples to residential addresses
- Inside the fleet zone a person drops them off, which means you can ask them questions
What to actually test
Not day one. Day one everything is good. Test the thing that will break: how a bun holds under sauce at minute four, whether a bolillo still splits cleanly an hour after it lands, whether naan folds without cracking after an hour in a warmer.
Tell us what failed. It is more useful to us than a compliment and it is how several of these formulations got fixed.
